What fantastic service ordered 3 cards and paid separate postage a lovely lady phoned me and I added a card and she sorted it out for me they have just arrived and I’m so pleased with them. I always order special cards from there as they are so lovely thank you again x

Have been going Bizarra for years. Every birthday or Christmas always get my cards from here. Today I bought 3 small cards, 1 medium and one large. I didn’t ask for the prices before hand as had been bizarra many times before and although the prices are higher than normal, I’m happy with the products. However, today the lady charged me £50. When I questioned it, she said the large card was £19.95!! The design is no different to what they usually offer. She’d already personalised the card so I felt as though I couldn’t say anything, but feel absolutely robbed and won’t be going back.

I came to your shop to buy a special card on the afternoons of Thursday 29th December and again on Friday 30th December, only to find you had closed at 2.30pm , even though your website said you were open all day.
I was planning to come again on Saturday 31st December, but to avoid a wasted journey i telephoned first to ensure you were open. As there was no reply i assumed you were again closed, even though your website said you were open all day. I am extremely disappointed as only Bizara cards will suit a special occasion. Perhaps your website could be amended when normal opening hours are subject to change. My reagrds. Thankyou

Staff just always unhelpful. Have to ask for help and they are never keen just make you feel you are in the way and disturbing them. Know it’s their own business so they don’t care but I know lots of small business and they all pride themselves on customer service
