Today I had my first class and I honestly can’t wait to go back! On arrival the team showed me all the facilities and clearly explained how the class would work, making sure I had everything I needed. During the class the instructor made sure I understood what I should be doing and also that I was doing it properly - she was absolutely brilliant and made me feel so comfortable! Music was on point - such a fun atmosphere to train in! I would recommend anyone to get down and try it if you haven’t already you won’t be disappointed !!
My experience this morning was absolutely awful - never seen such poor customer service. It was my first day at the studio for a free trial class. Receptionist was very unwelcoming, arrogant, argumentative, defensive and unhelpful. I later spoke to one of the business partners - he also had the same attitude. Very poor communication and customer service skills. Very arrogant and ignorant with no value for customers… what a poor way of conducting a business - I will not be back.
Fantastic gym, high energy instructors in a great environment. All sessions are a fantastic workout & for the best tunes choose a Lisa class!
I have been to many of the classes here and found them to be really well organised, The trainers explain the routines very well and the music and lights help create a great buzz. I cant wait till you are back open as I have a lot of work to do before the summer.....
