Mercury cars fitted a new evaporator to my Jaguar XK. Not an easy task but the whole process from communication to the way my car was treated was as professional as it could be. I would thoroughly recommend them and will be using them for all future works.

This is the second time I’ve been here for a service on my Jaguar XF. Disappointed really. Oily / dirty marks left on my (cream) interior on passenger door & driver side under steering wheel. They forgot to reset the service indicator at first until I mentioned it to them. Suspect this happened then. I go to check under the bonnet to clean it and they also didn’t secure the cover for the brake fluid reservoir. A good job I caught that. It’s the little things.

I was recommended Mercury car centre as my Jaguar XJ had developed a rattling noise from the engine and I wanted it diagnosed before it got worse. Jaguar main dealers quoted me at least four weeks to wait. Mercury Car Centre saw my car within the week. They gave me the bad news that I needed a replacement engine. I instructed them to go ahead and replace the engine. They have done a fantastic job, keeping me updated with how the car was progressing. I am now back to driving my dream car. If I relied on the Main Dealers, my car would still be off the road. Well done to James and the team who helped me.
