Being very new to anything regarding building and extensions it was very daunting contacting companies and obtaining quotes. As soon as I contacted PMD construction the process was so smooth and professional. All my questions were answered including daily worries. I felt the team were completely engaged and overall, the customer service was impeccable. The work completed was of high quality and standard. Of course, during any build there will be problems and changes, I think during these situations a mark of a good building company is how they react during these times of stress and tough choices. I have to say the compromises the team made, and the help given at every turn was very impressive and I appreciated the total professionalism shown. For these reasons I would wholeheartedly recommend PMD construction and I why I gave them 5 stars.
Following a competitive tender process we appointed PMD to build our replacement single storey house having been particularly impressed with the detailed quotation Paul Dyer provided.Work commenced in January 2021 in an extended period of bad weather, however, through the consistent hard work of the PMD team we were able to move in October.Throughout the build Paul kept us up to date with progress and dealt with any issues that arose so it was a stress free process.
