Visited store last week after breaking my tank after dropping my vape 🤪shaun was very helping an supplied me with a new one at my cost, unfortunately this was a faulty tank an fell apart in my hands while refilling it , I went back to shaun who apologised but unfortunately had none in stock to replace for me , he sent me to romford store , upon arriving I was told they also didn't have but would fix for me , this would if been fine if the man serving me didn't continue to repeat himself telling me they never break unless they have been dropped an basically spent 10 min calling me a liar an being VERY patronising 🙄 after out disagreement I left with a "fixed" tank , it re broke less than 24hours later, obviously not wanting to return to romford I went back to shaun who again apologies an replaced my tank no hassle , well done brentwood store good customer service as usual 😁
