Wonderful experience training at SX MMA. Alan is a great coach and his students were very welcoming and understanding that I was still relatively new to MMA. I partnered with Chris and he was very patient and took the time to explain techniques and slowed down for me. The session was very fluid, it progressed nicely and you could see it was planned out well. Thanks again, I will be back again for sure!
As a woman walking in for your first class, it's easy to find some MMA gyms intimidating, SX is a friendly gym with plenty of beginner and experienced students. Whatever your experience level, their instructors are knowledgeable and make techniques easy to understand. The timetable offers a good mix of martial arts from BJJ through to boxing, everything under one roof. PAYG membership available but monthly memberships cover unlimited classes all the way through to one class a week - casual training. Those committed enough have the ability to compete in tournaments and MMA fights.

An amazing club, been training here for a while and have never been to a better gym, the coaching is top class and facility is great too. Plus the other members are great to work with, there's a real team effort with everyone helping anyone.
